Why the number 7 is special
Acrossmany traditions, the number 7 symbolizes:
- integration after a long cycle of learning,
- wisdom gained through experience,
- rebirth into a more aligned form,
- a transition into a new level of consciousness.
Andthat is exactly what 2026 represents for Momentum: a cycle coming full circle… and a new one beginning.
A personal — and profound — evolution
These seven years have been an inner journey as much as a professional one. I began as a Pilates teacher. Today, I have become:
- a Functional Patterns practitioner
- even more passionate about biomechanics
- and the creator of an integrative methodunique to the studio
a blend of intentional movement, precision, my ofascial chains, postural organization, and the reeducation of human gait and functional patterns. The studio grew because I grew with it. And you have been an essential part of this transformation. This evolution would not have been possible without my deep wish to serve you better and to witness your own transformations.
What marks this 7th anniversary
