January 2026 marked seven years of Momentum Human Movement in Begnins. Seven years of movement, research, evolution and a fundamental change.
Why Seven Matters?
Across many cultures, the number 7 symbolises:
- integration after a long cycle of learning
- wisdom gained through experience
- rebirth into a better balanced form
- transition to a new level of consciousness
For Momentum, 2026 marks exactly that moment: the completion of one cycle... and the beginning of a new one.
Where it All Began
Seven years ago, Momentum opened with a simple intention: to create a warm, welcoming space where people could move. A small studio. A small number of mats. Plenty of passion. Today, Momentum has become a living place - a home for movement.
What We've Built Togther
Over the past seven years, Momentum has been shaped by:
- thousands of individual sessions focused on precision and biomechanics
- group classes creating shared energy and collective support
- continuous education in Switzerland, the USA and Canada, taking the studio to a new level and honing its approach
- Momenum Alpine Retreats - blending Pilates, Functional Training, fascia work, walking and renewal
- seasonal events, including Fascia Worshops, the Walking Cycle, Anatomy In Motion experiences and community gatherings.
A Personal Evolution
For me, these seven years have been as much an inner journey as professional development. I began as a Pilates teacher. Today, in an approach unique to Momentum my work brings together:
- Functional Patterns® created by Naudi Aguilar - an integrative method combining intentional – not habitual – movement, postural organisation through resistance and re-education of human movement
- a deep focus on fascia, tensegrity and biomechanics
- teaching and mentoring other movement professionals
Momentum has grown because I have grown with it. And you have been a crucial part of this evolution.
